[Dxbase] DX spot

Still am confused. Tried a test spot of TE1ST and it comes through as "DX"
without the " de AL9A" indentifier. Can't find any info about a command to
add this to the spot. I thought the generating software, in this case DXB,
would indentify who is sending the spot.
