Gary,

Pse read the DXb2Knts.TXT file (Item #32) that came with 2006.
That will explain what Jack has programmed with regards to the
COUNTY column when it comes to 2006 ... We always enter the
STATE first - that has always been paramount.  Then read Item #32
for how Jack changed the County column's actions.
