[Dxbase] ModifiedDxccqso.rpt

[Richard Detweiler]

I added the qsl # and was able to get them to sort to the end,

but the cards that had more than 2 entries seemed to print one entry short, 
of what I had linked together,  I just filled in the missing entries at the 
end, hopefully they won't fuss at me too much....
