[Dxbase] DXCC Submission help

Hello,

It's time to submit DXCC,  Have LOTW and cards,  Will have the
cards checked at Dayton.

Have 73 countries based on info in LOTW   Yet DXBase 2006 shows only 71, 
have 109 total,

Does someone have a step by step guide for submitting?

I am thinking to check and submit LOTW first, Then somehow mark those in 
DXBase2006 for the award submission. Then add in the cards...

Should this be one application, or two, (one for card and one for LOTW).
