[Dxbase] No current record message when trying to initialize
tables

Glenn,
That means that you have "in the OPRCALL area of your logbook"
-- a CALLSIGN that is not registered .. be sure to ask Jack
for ALL of the callsigns that you use - when you ask for the
Registration KEY file.
