[Dxbase] Address Label with Callsign

I have been printing QSO and address labels with DXBase 2006. Is there 
an option
setting to include the callsign in the address label? At the moment I am 
only able to  produce
address labels without the callsign.  For USA stations I like to include 
the callsign in the address.
