[Dxbase] dxcc award submission?

Am trying to use the DXCC award submission form in DXBASE 2005, all looks pretty good so far except it will not sort multiple q cards at end for field checking like it says its supposed too? The form will accept one multiple q card but not anymore? I'm using sequencial numbers to identify each multiple q card as per instructions in help section under qsl# column? any ideas here? TOM
