[Dxbase] ARUser front end

Now I'm pretty sure I didn't use it with DXB4, that's a pretty old version but there 
should NOT be an problem.
It should work.

the line should read
127.0.0.1:7300 localhost ypoxkjlg

make sure it's perfectly correct in the host file.
