Excel.
If you have Excel you must have Word.
This might do what you want.
1. Open the .adi in Word.
2. Go to Edit -> Replace
3. In Find What, type "^p" (no quotes)
4. In Replace With, type, "," (no quotes)
5. Press "Replace All" and "OK"
6. In Find What, type "<" (no quotes)
7. Press "Replace All" and "OK"
8. In Find What, type ">" (no quotes)
9. Press "Replace All" and "OK"
10. In Find What, type "eor" (no quotes)
11. In Replace With, type "^p" (no quotes)
12. Press "Replace All" and "OK"
13. At the begining of the file, select and delete everything before and
including "EOH,"
14. Save the file a xxx.txt.
Open the file in Excel and select "," as the delimiter.
