[Dxbase] 7Q7MM mgr info

I use the DXBase Manager Database also.
But
I also use the little PF icon which takes me to the Pathfinder URL where most of the most 
recent up to date qsl manager info can be found.
There is also the QRZ icon which can help also.

With call changes and managers changes happening daily, you really have to check multiple 
sources to get a consensus.
