[Dxbase] Interntet IP Host File

Tom,

I believe there is a copy of the hosts file that we use in your DXbase 2005 
folder.  Just copy it to the appropriate location on your system.

I recommend that you check your machine for viruses as one of the things 
that some recent viruses try to do is modify your hosts file.
