[Dxbase] DXbase - let's recall the purpose of the program

Isn't awards for Oblast or DOK, Light houses, IOTA, WAS or other geo-characteristic of a location recorded any different than US COUNTIES?.  If DX countries start judicial district awards then it may be considdered to have DXbase keep track of these then.  What is the difference?

By saying "I would hope that we can keep the discussions a little more on track, if we can't I will have to change to the digest version of the reflector postings." is just like picking up ones marbles and going home.
