[Dxbase] Trouble with the county field

    There is no Virginia Beach County. It is The Isle of Wight. There was 
a Virginia Beach County some 30 or 40 years ago.

I am trying to log a QSO with K4YFR who lives in the county of VIRGINIA
BEACH CITY, VA. I have verified that county from a number of sources.
Unfortunately it is not in the DXbase list of counties. That is no
problem I thought, I'll just enter it manually in the field. NO, it
won't let me. OK so I entered Virginia Beach City in the Counties data
base. Still no go. I can't even manually enter the correct county. What
can I do?
