[Dxbase] DXBASE 2006 and VUCC worksheet.

Anyone using the VUCC worksheet?

Output/awards/VUCC and run the VUCC Worksheet.

I ran it for 6 meters only and exclude past submissions. 
The work sheet shows the new grids I have confirmed. 
The column under credited shows grid EL83 as Credited = Yes. 

When I run it with out exclude past submissions checked, 
The credited column only shows 2 grids as credited, EL83 and JO20.

I thought the credited column would have been no for all of them in the 
first run.

When the second run was done I expected the credited 
column to show most of them as credited and not just 2.
