[Dxbase] lotw adif error

I just tried to update DXBase2006 by importing the lotwreport.adi file
created from the lotw website.  I tried importing just over 1,000 qsl
records using non-DXB import and lotw.adif chosen.

I received over 200 errors like the one listed below and I am not sure
why.   None of the QSO information is exactly the same.  I've probably
missed something but have not figured it out.   The time and date of the
QSO is OK in my log, but I do not show a LOTW confirmation, yet I am
getting these error messages.

Any help is appreciated.

G4OWT The changes you requested to the table were not successful because
they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or
relationship.  Change the data in the field or fields that contain
duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate
