[Dxbase] DQ prefix in the DXbase ALIAS Map table - need to add it if you want

To all:

I just read the latest DX bulletin and noted that not only was
the DR prefix "new" for DL-land .. But, they also are issuing and
using the  DQ prefix ... since this DQ prefix is not currently
part of the Alias Map table -- you need to add it as:


Map PFX    DQ

Pri PFX    DL



This way the DXbase program will populate the correct info ..
