It is difficult to track this in DxBase unless you set up separate log files for each county.  This becomes a PITA if you do a lot of counties.   Even if you do set up different logs, it is tough to keep going in and out of all these logs to find QSOs when the card doesn't list YOUR county.   If you do separate the county logs (either in DxBase or through contest software), LoTW is not that hard to deal with.  You just set up the individual county locations and sign each county separately.   I have done that easily.  But the problem is, sometimes you forget and do a batch upload of your DxBase log with your home location.  There is no way in LoTW to remove QSOs, so be careful!!
