[Dxbase] Loosing latitude for DX Atlas

John,

Check your DXbase USER Options (General TAB) - and make sure that
your Lat and Lon are there... The DX Atlas draws the Home Lat/Lon
from the Options / USER Options / General TAB / QTH Location..
