Gary,
On my backup computer (which doesn't have crystal reports on it),
I can see where the total entities and total score is missing ..
Let me adjust this and repost the zip file ....
Also, the BLUE coloring will be spelled out on the new version..
That BOLUE color is the very "First Occurance of a new entity"
or the "First occurance of a new CQ Zone"...
More in a minute.
