[Dxbase] Spots Window Question

I've noticed that sometimes I will get a spot and the "Need" column still has B/M displayed.  I understand that B/M stands for Band/Mode, but my Alerts are only for phone.  If I click on the callsign for that spot then I see that I have worked the country on that band, but never confirmed.  Usually if that is the case then the "Need" column says "Band".  For instance, right now I have 13 spots showing and 6 of them have no coloring at all.  The remaining 7 have "Band" showing.

Any clues or ideas?
