[Dxbase] Antarctica prefix difference in Summary and QSO Log windows

Hello,
I'm using DXB2004 and noticed a prefix irregularity between the Summary and 
QSO Log window for Antarctica as I was logging VP8ROT last night.  The Summary 
window has CE9 = Antarctica (using KC4 gives US) and the QSO Log prefix 
dropdown has KC4 = Antarctica.  Hmmm.  It's probably been covered before but struck 
me as unusual.
