!.  click on tools.
2.  click on options
3.  click on User options
4.  click on internet tab
5.  Bottom left Is a section called IP Host, scroll down and highlight the one you want in blue.
6.  Click on OK on bottom of window.

Option:  If your site you want to connect to does not exist or change an exixting site with a good IP address....
1.  click on file tab Far upper left of screen
2.  click on modify hosts files 
3 Click on New (insert) button type in appropriate information
3A  scroll down to the site and make the appropriate changes.
