[Dxbase] Populate CDROM Fields short cut.

After a contest,  using another logger,  I export in ADIF,

I use a copy of N3FJP AC Log software to populate the fields,

I then export that in ADIF and load into DX Base.

Handles 99% of all my needs.

When the feature becomes available in DX Base, that will save a step.
