[Dxbase] Feature Request!

I have DXCC on 4 bands and have 73 confirmed on 80 meters on LoTW.  I have
not paid one penny to achieve this.  The cost comes when you you want to get
your award or plaque from ARRL  Do you want these for free ?  Does EQsL send
you free paper certificates or wooden plaques ?  Please get your facts
straight.  Also, ARRL membership is not required for participation in LoTW.
