[Dxbase] Populating CDROM fields.

I just imported 405 contact records from the CQ 160M contest via a *.adi 
file. I know how to get the program to poulate the CDROM feilds one 
record at a time however I'm way too tired to do all those key strokes 
400 times. How can I get the program to update all the records with the 
CDROM data at once? What I think I want to do is to select a range of 
records and then do the command but the program doesn't let me select a 
range or at least I don't know how to do that.

Along those lines, I can't find a keystroke short cut for the "populate 
CDROM"  menu command.  That would speed things up if I could give the 
command a short cut key. It must be there somewhere but  what is it called?
