[Dxbase] DXB-2005 & LOTW Problem 'Digital'

I just tried to create an adif for upload to LOTW using DXBASE 2005 (no
issues with DXB2004).
When I tried to sign the ADIF file TQSL Cert fussed that it didn't know
about mode 'Digital'.

I noticed that DXB-2005 now has two fields pertaining to mode (mode and
sub-mode) and the QSO
was logged as Digital and sub-mode was PSK31.  How do I get it to generate
the correct
ADIF file for LOTW?
