[Dxbase] Date error DXB 2005

I am using DXB 2005 with W2k pro. I have noticed on several occasions that the date entered into the log is wrong. I have the PC clock set for local time. For example a QSO made on 2/13 at 0300z will be logged as 2/12 at 0300z (2/12 2200z local)Restarting DXB will clear up this error and QSOs will be logged at the correct date and time. Has anyone else experienced this? If so is there a fix?
