[Dxbase] COM Port Wiring

The required connections to the '870 are as follows:

Pin No.	2	not RXD	TS870 transmits data
		3	not TXD	TS870 receives data
		5	Gnd
		7	RTS		receive enable		
		8	CTS		transmit enable
