[Dxbase] question for you IOTA people

I got the following error message during an import.
Warning: Iota?   DL0OBL   DL   20040506   1750   20m    14    

A check of Summit shows many spots listing this station with a note:
S-DOK EU2004 or Special S-DOK EU2004

At the time I logged it as a IOTA. 
I think I was wrong in that it was some other Special Event???

So should I make the change to the IOTA mapping to include EU-2004?
