[Dxbase] Too many digits on the frequency part of the QSL label?

FYI; I solved my own problem on the digits in the frequency print out for
the QSO label. Using the following expression in the label designer
converted my KHz DXbase records into MHz on the label.
val(FREQ)/1000
Original Question: All along my auto-fill from the ICOM 765 has been
filling the frequency field with KHz. That is a 160M freq shows something
like 1893.13 and a 20M QSO is 14235.21. I have a lot of QSOs. So is there a
way to automatically remove 3 orders of magnitude from the frequency field
by doing a script? Perhaps directly in Access?
Then the other question is how do I get my auto fill from the transceiver to
fill in MHz and not KHz?
