[Dxbase] shift in LoTW qsl sources

When LoTW first started, it was mainly USA qsls.
The last few months I've noticed a greater Non-USA participation.

So I asked the Report Guru, Joe Glockner, WA6AXE, to produce this DXBase 2005 report.
I've also noticed a much quicker uploading of contest logs.
Contesters seem not to be worried and holding back on uploading contest logs.

Actually, I think the shift would have been even more dramatic except in the last few 
months I've done more stateside contests than DX.
(crummy antennas and an amp that has failing health)
