[Dxbase] Single logbook mdb file with multiple OPRCALLs

It isn't necessary to use Access 97 to change the data in the file. This is only necessary if you are making changes to the structure of the database itself. You can make changes to the data with any version of Access from 97 or later. Just don't convert the database to the later version, and don't save the database. Changes to the data are made automatically as soon as you move to another record. As always, backup the database before you start, just to be safe.
