OK, my final post on this subject too.  So if I understand Paul correctly we
should take the time to upload eQSL's so that impoverised hams abroad who
cant't afford postal mail or bureau routings will be able to confirm their
contacts.  So where do they get the computer and internet access?  Who pays
for that?  And after getting their eQSL's, what awards do they use them for?
