[Dxbase] using DXB across local Network

[Paul Cassel]

MS Outlook does not want to let me see it thinking I would not no how to
handle a potential infected file :-(

While I look fore options in Outlook XP to handle this could you just change
the extension of the attachment to something like .xxx
