[Dxbase] VHF/UHF report for single-band VUCC check (listing - w/stats)

To all VHF/UHF DXbase users,

I have made one more report. This time the report is dedicated
to the VHF/UHF DXbase2006 user..

The report is a "Single-band" VHF/UHF Grid report for VUCC.
The report is sorted so that GRID is first sort and then
the 2nd sort is on the "cfmd" column. The report will "list"
a single qso per 4-character GRID - with priority given to
the first card or both category of confirmation.

If any VHF/UHF user is interested in this report - pse just
