Take a look at the lotwimport.adi file in Notepad or similar.
Make sure the mode, date, time match your log entry.
This is just a guess but may be a start.

Subject: [Dxbase] LoTW - DXBase Import problem
Guys,
I have downloaded LoTW QSL report with CFMed 4J1FS,
new one for me on 17 meters.
After import LoTWreport.adi into DXBase2006 all QSLs
were signed as CFM (LoTW) except of 4J1FS. It is still
"N" in CFM column.
What's wrong?
73! Nick UX4UA
