[Dxbase] My only irritation when using DX-Base 2005

If I go into a field ("qsl received date" for example) on the "Previous QSO's" form and the form is blocking my view of the Summary window so I can't see if this is a new country on a particular band and the QSL card should be saved for submission to ARRL I cannot move the window by dragging the title bar.

Has this behavior been changed in DX-Base 2006?
