[Dxbase] Duplicate QSO's Problem

I have followed Joes instructions below.  He refers to the line Insert the following line (exactly as is) what line needs to be inserted?  In ini file?  I am just not getting it.  Please help.



(1)     Edit your    Rptdesc.ini    file using Notepad or Wordpad - 
Insert the following line (exactly as is) into one of the Standard Reports folder -- 
such as in the LoTW Reports area: 

lotw_dupeqsos.rpt Q Displays any Duplicate QSOs in your logbook. 


(2)     Unzip/Extract the ZIP file that can be downloaded from the bottom of this webpage.
The new report file should be extracted into your DXbase2005 "Reports" folder/subdirectory. 



For the purpose of this Report, a DUPLICATE QSO will be one that has the 
Exact SAME Call, Date, and Time.
