Joe, et al:

I also uninstalled SP2.

Among my problems with SP2:

1.  Caused problems with Norton Antivirus;
2.  Caused problems with DXBase 2005
3.  Made the computer unstable.

Other than those problems, it was great!

Once I uninstalled SP2, all was FB again.
