Well I'm not sure to exactly tell you how to fix it because I don't know what you did.
But one quick way would be....
First off, T8/KC6GG should not have been the call.
If it was after 1990, he should have had a T8 call.
If you added the T8, check the qso and see if the proper Prefix is selected in the prefix 
column.
Change it if not.

The quick way to assign a non conforming prefix is to enter the data, select the proper 
prefix, and enter the qso. A popup will ask you if you wish to 'map' this call to that 
prefix. Say yes.

This only works for directly entered data.
I don't think this feature works for imported data that has a mismapped country.
I think an error report would have been generated during the import process.

The convention is now for example KG4AA would be Quantanamo Bay. KG4 + a 2 letter suffix
KG4A OR KG4AAA would be USA 4th call area. KG4 + 1 letter or 3 letter suffix.

So that is why KC6P is legal as a USA station in California.

Backup your data, including the refdata.mdb, and search through the Database Access in 
Tools and see if you find a incorrect mapping.

Correction I do have a log entry for KC6GG  24/02/1993 the way I entered it was T8/KC6GG 
and he was and card confirms him from Belau West Carolines

So why the problem with KC6P?

Maybe I screwed something up in the mapping?  How do I correct it if thats what happened? 
I do not know what I am doing with this for my first time with any logging program?

First off this is a Vergin copy of DXBase 2005.  No importing of logs just raw data 
entries.

My oldest V6 entry was dated 10/06/1990  Nothing before that date.

I have no other T8 entry. Excet KC6P dated 24/02/1993.

I am of the understanding that anything after 12/31/1980 is not a T8 but USA.

Whats the V6 date when it became a US enity?

So how do I fix it?
