[Dxbase] multiple call signs and awards

Bob,

For a DXCC submission, you could have the Selection Wizard select only 
those QSO's worked with a particular call. Then, have the Awards module 
  select records from the wizard records.

If it were me, however, I would use a separate log for each call.
