[Dxbase] still no go on 1c775

Thanks to those who have already made helpful suggestions.

The baud rate is not the problem; changing from anywhere from 1200 to 19200 
and making the software correspond, has no effect.

Changing CIV address has no effect.  The readout received, alters so the 
frequency is somehow being read or counted, but I cannot make sense of the 
frequ div or offset parameter.

Does anyone have a copy of the radio ini file from an earlier version, as 
this is being used by a local who is away on vaction and the software does 
work with his 775.

The rig is successfully controlled by DXbase in terms of being sent to 
another band and mode, but just dishes up gibberish in terms of frequency.

I sill describe my age for now on in hex, it might cover up the grey hairs, 
ceasing to age beyond 29!
