[Dxbase] XU3UN QSL route needed!

I need this one for all time new one and never had any luck in the past.  Entering this one from the log just braught it back to life.  I forgot all about this one .  Was very difficult and got no where with it.

I worked XU3UN on 20-12-1992 1115 on 3.800.  I sent a card to the buro and one direct and never got a card from him.  The mamager still show SP5AAS.  Nothing shows up on Path finder.  Are they both silent keys?  Who has the logs and where do I find this information? Who do I QSL to??
