[Dxbase] LOTW Users Logon

Hello All

This is not exactly a DXBase problem, but I cannot logon to the LOTW Users
site.
This is the first time I have tried after uploading my QSO log. I have a
Certificate and it said the upload was successful.
My problem is that it asks for Username and password. I presume my username
was my callsign and the password was the one I used to get the log uploaded
in the first place. However this is obviously incorrect. What am I doing
wrong? How do I find out what I should do.
Any help appreciated.
