Lemme think on this a while. In all, it would just seem easier if the DXCC 
output of DX Base, when BOTH is selected, would first select those that 
have LOTW records first, then anything else hard-card confirmed after that.

This seems like an insane amount of work to put this square peg into the 
League's round hole. I think I'll keep it simple and submit everything 
hard-card except the 2 that I have only via LoTW, and wait until they make 
it simple enough to use without hours of log-massaging, hoping, tinkering 
and cussing.
