To the fellow asking about the date in the Lotwimport.adi file

Yes, The LoTW software remembers your last download date.
So if you choose that date, it downloads LoTW qsl's received since then.

But it's not a big issue as the Non DXBase Import utility can still handle the dupes, and 
it won't harm a thing.

One word of caution, Do not use 'ANY' if you have other callsigns linked to your main 
callsign.
I also usually choose the full, but that can modify your data such as zones if the person 
entered the wrong info in his Certificate request.
