[Dxbase] PW0T LoTW error

     Hi John
     I just checked and the ARRL has already corrected this on LoTW.   Wayne 
N7NG/1 had given me the info that it was an error.  They're fast - they 
corrected it overnight. Also Bill - glad it saved you some hunting.
