[Dxbase] DX Atlas Home Lat & Lon

If you set your Lat/lon in DXbase user options, then they are automatically 
carried over to the DX Altas tab in the DX Info window.

Hello list - I use DX Atlas with DX Base and I've found that after setting 
the home lat and lon (using "+" signs) that the next shutdown / startup 
cycle of DX Base, that DX Atlas again wants me to enter the "+" in front of 
the home lat and lon.

Anyone know how I can prevent this?
