[Dxbase] Spots

Not sure I find this very often.
I DO USE a cluster that provides VERY specific filtering.
Maybe it's my feeble antennas, but rarely can I hear stations that are exclusively spotted 
by non USA origination. Or...maybe it's that I only need BS7H...and if they are on...it 
should be obvious.

The other feature....it helps to avoid the incessant Announce/Full firefights that seem to 
be on the increase.

But...that's what make DXBase and this hobby great....you can sculpt it to fit your image.
