[Dxbase] Lock Screen Layout

I'm trying to find a way to lock the screen layout in dxbase2004 after I
rearrange the layout then exit the program it goes back to some default
screen layout.  Is there something I missed in the docs on how to do this?
Any help on how to lock or change the default look is appreciated.
